I needed some TLC after a long week and decided to go to Tri-Star based on their 5 star reviews. I chose the “basic” facial. I am not exaggerating when I tell you that this facial would have cost 2 to 3 times more at the average salon/spa. From the electronic facial analysis to the scalp, shoulder, arm and hand massage, the mask and led light therapy, it was all top-notch. Most of the services included in my facial are usually charged as ad-ons most places. It is obvious when you encounter someone who takes pride in providing exceptional service, and Gloria is one of those people. If I didn’t live out of town, I would be there every week.

TriStar Facial is AMAZING! I had no idea this place existed until I came in for my appointment, but wow. The atmosphere is incredible - very soothing, high end, and luxurious. It was also one of the cleanest establishments of ANY kind that I've ever been in - literally nothing was out of place. (Also, for those out there who are sensitive to smells but still want a spa experience, the building obviously had a slight (but pleasant!) smell but honestly nothing compared to other places I've been! They also will use products that are either scentless or naturally scented if requested!)
Gloria the owner is incredibly kind, caring, and professional, and she has done a fantastic job ensuring that her business has all of the highest end equipment as well as little things here and there to truly elevate the experience.
I had a facial done by their newest hire Bella, and she was also amazing! She did a fantastic job, talked me through everything she was doing, tailored the facial to match my skin's specific needs, and was very attentive and obviously cared about making sure I was as comfortable and relaxed as possible. My face feels AMAZING now, and I cannot wait to go back!
